Running Late & No Show Policy
Please Call us if you are going to be late, we will do our best to help you out, but we cannot guarantee service if you are late.
Arrival Window: Please aim to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to start your service promptly and ensures that we stay on schedule for all clients.
Late Arrival:
Up to 5 minutes late: We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your service time may be reduced to keep subsequent appointments on schedule. The full service fee will still apply.
More than 5 minutes late: If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to another time or day, as we need to maintain the fairness and quality to all other clients.
No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled time and have not contacted us, your appointment will be considered a no-show. If you no show no call more than once you will no longer be able to book in at Rogue Barbershop.
Rescheduling: If you know you’re going to be late, please call us as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, we may be able to adjust your appointment time or reschedule to a more convenient slot.
Respect for Other Clients: We respect your time and ask that you do the same for our other clients. Arriving on time helps us maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
At Rogue Barbershop, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may find yourself running late. To ensure that we can continue to provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policy regarding late arrivals.
