Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:
  • All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.
  • Please note that orders may be delayed during peak seasons or promotional events.

2. Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $15
  • Express Shipping is a flat rate of $19
  • Free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount, as specified on our website.

3. Shipping Carriers:
  • We use reputable carrier Australia Post to ensure reliable and timely delivery. 
4. Domestic Shipping within Australia
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping typically takes1-3 business days. 
5. International Shipping:
  • Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally, we do wish to change this in the future.  
6. Order Tracking:
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations:
  • Contact us immediately if you need to make changes or cancel your order. Once the order has been processed, changes may not be possible.
8. Lost or Damaged Items:
  • If your item has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can raise a case with Australia Post. 
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the damaged goods.
